Terms of Sales
All reservations are nominative and cannot under any circumstances be transferred or sublet.
The reservation only becomes effective with our agreement, and after receipt of the deposit and reservation fees (non-deductible and non-refundable). Minors are only accepted if they are accompanied during their stay by (one) of their parents.
ARRIVAL-DEPARTURE
Rentals must be vacated on the day of departure before 10 a.m. Rentals are available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. If the customer is late and receives no news from them, their reservation will be guaranteed for 24 hours, then canceled.
RENTALS:
Your reservation must be accompanied by the deposit corresponding to 25% of the total amount of your stay as well as the reservation fees. The balance must be paid upon arrival otherwise the reservation will be automatically canceled and the deposit paid will be lost. Tents and campers/caravans are prohibited on rental sites. For security and insurance reasons, it is prohibited to exceed the number of occupants provided for per type of accommodation (baby included).
ANIMALS :
Up-to-date vaccination record required. your pet must be kept on a leash and must never be left alone on the site. Dogs considered category 1 and 2 are prohibited. Pets are allowed in certain rentals, a cleaning fee will be automatically applied when booking.
CANCELATION :
Except in cases of force majeure
More than 60 days before the start of the stay: the deposit is refunded excluding administration fees.
Between 30 and 60 days before the start of the stay: The deposit is not refunded.
Less than 30 days before the start of the stay: The entire stay is due per client.
BAIL :
A deposit will be requested upon your arrival before handing over the keys:
– €150 per mobile home.
This deposit will be returned to you on the day of your departure after an inventory and after possible deduction of repair costs or the value of missing or damaged equipment. – The rental will be left in perfect clean condition otherwise a complete cleaning will be charged between €70 and €90.
SECURITY :
The management declines all responsibility in the event of theft, loss or damage by others.
We ask you to insure your vehicles. Children are placed under the exclusive custody of their parents who are criminally and legally responsible for them. The swimming pools are not supervised.
Camping under video surveillance. The management reserves the right to expel without notice or reimbursement people who seriously fail to comply with the internal regulations.
MEDIATION:
In accordance with article L. 612-1 of the Consumer Code, within one year of his or her written complaint, the consumer, subject to article L.152-2 of the Consumer Code, has the right to submit a request for amicable resolution through mediation to:
